Questions about pricing
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are charged through Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
TeacherBot, Secure IEP, StrategicSpeaker and StudyWatch have a 14-day free trial. A payment card is needed to start. The card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. There is one free trial per customer and card. MAP Trainer has a free demo, and the MAP Connect school plan has no free trial.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. You can cancel yourself from the billing page inside the app, which opens the Stripe customer portal, or by email.
Do you give refunds?
Yearly plans: you may ask for a full refund within 14 days of the first yearly charge. We do not refund part of a month or part of a year. If you were charged by mistake or after you cancelled, write to us within 14 days. The Refund Policy has the full rules.
Do you offer school or multi-teacher pricing?
Secure IEP has a School plan, and MAP Trainer has a Connect plan for one school. For anything else, book a demo or request a school pilot and tell us what you need.
Where are the prices from?
The prices on this page are generated from the same price list the product pages use, so they match. If you ever see a different price in an app, tell us.
